Our intentions crystallize if we align our energy towards them, even if unspoken. An intention is an aim or a plan, a seed sowed into the universe to guide thoughts & actions towards aligned being.
When we align our actions, thoughts, and energy towards an intention we can manifest a new reality - this is a sweet law of the universe, a courageous release towards co-creating what we desire in this world.

Activation:
As the longest days arrive in their heat, what do you align your lifeforce to?
Begin a flow session with quietude, a few breaths in and out to center. Then, align your focus towards a singular intention, one that feeds your SOUL. It can be broad or specific, grandiose or humble, but simple is perhaps better to start.
Flow keeping your intention in your body and mind and see you go. Continue to align back to your intention, a simple realignment to focus with breath.

Record yourself at a few points in the process with videos and reflections and notice what emerges. :)
