Distillation is the spiral, the unification of flow states into being. Oneness prevails and asks us “what is your life mission?”

Fermentation transforms us yet again, a dark night of the soul descents and only igniting our inner flame of spirit will show us the map through.

Conjunction, the 4th stage of alchemy reflects the 4th stage of the cycles of flow, rest + integration. With deep earth, a new authentic self is discovered having been hidden underneath. This convergence of self to center and realization brings beauty, light, euphoria, and great change. As above, so below.

Separation asks us to take up our swords as the holy warrior of the spirit and sweep away what we no longer need. We are invited to separate out what we will carry future-wards into our next selves, sorting through the rubble of our lives and to lighten the load.

The outdated patterns & stories that no longer serve us for the journey ahead will hold us back from our most authentic golden selves, and are diligently rewritten in this present.

Week 3 of the Flow into Fire Alchemy Challenge brings us to feel all of our emotions and dissolve our hardness into surrender, release, and letting go to the tides of the waters in our bodies.
