Devote 5 minutes a day and explore a weekly topic:
-move, dance, flow
-write, journal, poem, paint
-converse, chat, dream
-anything else that feels ‘right’.
Record a “live journal” + share on social media to inspire others to join. Whether you think you have much or little to say, show up and SHARE without judgement no matter how ‘valid’ or ‘good’ you think it is (it’s inspiring for you to be you, believe us),
Accept who you are, right now, & let others see you as such. This is the revolution.
The more you put in, the more you receive.
The challenge is what you make of it.
How to participate:
🔥FOLLOW @ignitefirekeepers @firealchemygathering & @gaea_lady on IG for weekly Wednesday prompts, or subscribe to Gaea Lady’s emails for links to them on the blog.
🔥DEVOTE 5 minutes a few times each week to the prompt/topic posted in any way you choose.
🔥CREATE an offering of yourself flowing with the elements, individually or all together, as it feels right to you. video, photo stills, reels, words, anything. Make it simple.
🔥MUSE a short something on the weekly topic, anything goes.
🔥POST on social media & tag @firealchemygathering @gaea_lady #firealchemy24 so we can reshare.
🔥TAG 2-5 flow friends in each post to expand the inspiration and gain visibility.
🔥REST and repeat the next week.
