 Improvisation is a carefully practiced artform, where we enter into the divine chaos of everything that is & respond directly without thought - using our intuition & practiced movements - to expand deeper into our flow.  Improvisation IS THE FLOW STATE, and the place where our greatest ideas are borne of the creative chaos.

 We merge this with play, tease, our unique erotic magic, and costume creativity when we play with burlesque improvisation.

I'll provide tips & tricks for cultivating your intuition, practices & prompts for improvisation, and take questions before & during class to sculpt this towards what you most desire to get out of it. 

participants: wear an outfit to strip out of, bring a journal, a pen, and a way to record yourself (a phone, camera, or enable your webcam.)
