This Double Staves workshop was filmed live at the Shine Your Light Retreat 2021 in St Croix, USVI!  Kiki and Gaea tag team teach, as we love to do!  

• Kiki introduces us to essential flow patterns of the body

• Gaea gives a great warmup + talks about the “okay grip” 

• Kiki flows into hip & shoulder reels in split & same time

• Gaea adds on a barrel roll to the reels 

• Gaea flows with a short choreography

• Kiki plays with single wick isolation patterns 

Participants should have a pair of double staves, or a pair of wooden dowels, tubes, rods or sticks to play with (3-4 feet long).
