The shimmy initiates the twirl!  We'll break it down, speed it up, and explore the nitty gritty of how to shake our upper torso, and the nips we have.  All bodies are welcomed - breasts not needed.  Gaea will offer breath techniques to keep your body fueled with oxygen to keep the vibrations going.  

Students should bring a pair of nipple tassels & double sided tape to adhere them to the body. (order yours early from a simple web search, DIY from a youtube tutorial, or check an adult shop near you! The best to spin are with *spinners*, example).  If you don’t have a pair of pasties or tassels, you can simply play with the shimmies and shakes, no problem!
