The Full Moon is a potent time to release what no longer serves us. We connect to our wildness, finding the places of us that yearn to return to our natural, wild, and uninhibited selves with dance and breath, sweating drops of liquid dreams & pounding our prayers into the earth herself.

We are in a constant spiral dance of letting go (with the full moon) and calling in (with the new moon) - and I invite you to co-create ritual with me in rhythm each month.

Participants should bring a journal, their own ideas about ritual performance to write about, and wear clothes to dance and move in. We will be working in silence for a large part of class.
