Our body is our physical form in this lifetime, capable of intense feelings and incredible feats. Yet often we feel divorced or suppressed from our full, authentic expression.
Join Gaea as we co-investigate how to embrace the eternal longing for Belonging to self, community, universe, within our bones. Bold, bodily belonging is the root to amplify our p(;)ssy magic and essential essences of wildness and eros, intellect and artistry, and so much more. And it is the strong base for self-healing.
In workshop, we will play with kinetic meditation, embodied movement, partner work, and free form dance.
Come with no expectations and an open mind, and wear something you can move in that makes you feel great. Soft shoes or socks recommended- anyway you can feel the floor!
