Burlesque is the act of the tease + reveal, a seduction of the universe to the unveiling of ourselves. In this 60-minute movement class, we will practice seducing ourselves with breath, movement, and most importantly, our attitudes towards the innate value and excitement of who we authentically are. Connecting to our souls - that spark which resides deep within us - we fill up on who we are to seduce the cosmos inside of us to play.
